I just wanted to say a huge thank you, Nick. You called me a while ago to suggest we change the planned design of our kitchen windows from casement to sash (this was phase 2 of our whole house window change) as you’d kept thinking about them and thought a new design would work better.

Well, we got them fitted on Thursday and they look phenomenal. You were absolutely right and we cannot believe how much lighter and more attractive our kitchen looks! So, thank you for all of your careful thought about it. I know you must have so many customers to do this for so we really appreciate you thinking of us and making sure we got the very best for our house.

I recently bought my home, and the previous owners had replaced all of the windows and doors with ugly plastic double glazing.
