We are both really happy with the outcome. The quality of the windows themselves are great, but the overall service from Patchetts from the quote / estimate stage, through to the installation and then (minor) snagging has been seamless. Obviously having as many windows installed as we have had is a fairly disruptive and messy process, but the install team kept things as clean as possible and completed when they said they would which is the main thing! The relatively short lead time (14ish weeks) from the placing of the order to having the install start was a real bonus for us. It was also great being able to visit the workshop and see the manufacturing process in action. Would have no issues recommending Patchett’s (indeed have already passed your details on to a few people looking for timber window replacements!).

A simple message to say thank you for the highest quality of service and product. You have now completed the replacement of all windows in our Victorian terrace. The product is utterly fantastic – expert craftsmanship. The service from all your staff, including you both, is equally of the highest standard.

I was really reticent replacing sash windows that had lasted over 100 years – why not just repair? My concerns were design, yet also wanting efficiency. Being a Planner I was always design oriented – how they would look in the context of the finesse of the Victorian era? They look absolutely marvellous. OK, one cannot repeat the varied character of Victorian glass without significant expense, but the finished effect is still great.

Just a quick line to thankyou for your help with our replacement doors and windows. Installation was completed yesterday and we are thrilled with the result….the house looks superb!

I would like to thank everyone who has been involved in designing, manufacturing and installing my windows and door. I am absolutely thrilled with the final result.

The idea was to let higher levels of light into my very dark north-facing kitchen. The improvement is amazing. Not only the light levels but I have also rediscovered the fantastic view over Pendle Hill to the rear of the property (Lancashire side I’m afraid!) Your eye is automatically drawn to the outside.

I would like to pass on my special thanks to the three young men who installed my windows. They were amazingly professional, neat and tidy. The finish is perfect. They consulted me throughout the process to get the best result and listened to everything I had to say.
